Our Customer Journey
We assess your current supplier relationships and IT environment, plus consider your business requirements, budget & timescales.
This will be tailored to your individual requirements and designed collaboratively, working either with existing 3rd parties or providing end-to-end solutions from the ground up.
We offer a pre defined road-map from point of sales to installation and beyond. Your dedicated Service Delivery Team will be involved from the beginning to project manage, oversee migration and provide any necessary training.
Ongoing in-life support will be provided by your dedicated Service Delivery Team who will also complete regular reviews to ensure changing needs and business requirements are continually effective & efficient.

Boxx Communications Ltd was established by co-founders James Green and Dean Burgin.
The aim was to source & supply high value, low cost telecommunication solutions to small businesses within the UK.
Intent to remain ahead of the game and recognising that more technologically advanced services were entering the market, Boxx introduced a wider range of telecommunications solutions to the service portfolio.
After almost 7 years in the office called home, Boxx relocated into a new office with greater visibilty, accessibility and surrounded by Milton Keynes' rapidly expanding business community.
In line with new larger corporate clients and the desire to be regarded as a strategic partner for telecommunications & IT services, Boxx embarked on a company rebrand to better reflect the business strategy & objectives.
The challenges of 2020 proved to be a transformational learning experience for Boxx. The team accelerated their plans to become a distributed workforce and even post COVID will use their new small office in Spaces as a base, whilst predominently working remotely.
