The Client
Established in 1949, LBT Flooring is a leading carpet & flooring company in London & Essex who describe themselves as being 'not just a flooring company, but a complete flooring service!'
The team at LBT Flooring consistently research new materials & technologies so that they are always able to offer the most up to date solutions and pride themselves in offering a service that is second to none. They’ve installed flooring at Buckingham Palace, the London Underground, the O2, the British Transport Police HQ and British Rail.

The Challenge
LBT Flooring were already users of a VoIP solution, demonstrating their forward-thinking nature and eagerness to futureproof their telephony, in light of BT's announcement to phase out ISDN here in the UK, by 2025.
Frustratingly, they were struggling with the connectivity of the solution they were working with and the previous supplier (a very large UK operator) didn't seem committed to helping resolve the issue.
This stance left them feeling dissatisfied with their service.

The Solution
During our initial conversation with LBT Flooring, Jamie in our Sales Team quickly understood the frustrations that they were experiencing and was able to confidently offer reassurance over the resilience of our industry leading proposed solution.
In addition to the GAMMA Horizon Hosted VoIP solution, LBT Flooring opted for a Yealink Dect handset and base (offering exceptional HD sound with wideband technology and 11 hours talk time) as well as a fibre broadband (FTTC) connection.

Implementation
Transfer of both the telephony and fibre broadband (FTTC) connectivity services were straightforward and LBT Flooring were pleased with the personal support we were able to offer in helping them get up and running.
A quick call with our helpdesk answered the questions they had regarding use of the voicemail feature and we even discussed future advancements of the service too.
The Results
Thanks to the call packages (2000 Local & National Calls + 2000 Mobile Minutes) included in their package, LBT Flooring are able to budget effectively and have also reported cost savings of around £70 p/mth.
The solutions deployed are flexible and scalable to accommodate future growth within the business both quickly & easily.
The Future
LBT Flooring have discussed with us their plans for the future which may require even faster upload speeds.
When the time comes, Boxx will be on hand to help them choose the best solution to achieve this, but for now they are happy with the cost effective and robust service we provide.
