We work with award winning mobile partner ‘Plan’, powered by O2, to provide our mobile contracts.

Our Mobile SIM Only packages cost from £30.00/month and include:

  • Unlimited Local & National Calls + EU Calls
  • Calls to UK Mobiles
  • Unlimited Texts

Contract

Our rates are offered on either a 12, 18 or 24 month basis. This will be outlined in your agreement.

Invoices

You will receive your Mobile SIM Only invoice directly from our mobile partner ‘Plan’.

Invoices are sent on 1st of each month and via email as standard. If you prefer a paper version, that’s fine, just let us know or you can amend using the online portal.

Direct Debits will be taken 14 days after invoicing.

Payments

Payments are collected by Direct Debit. There’s an additional charge of £5.00/month for non direct debit payments to cover the admin.

FAQ's

How does the transfer process work?

To register is simple, it takes just a few minutes to build your quote then once agreed we’ll send your new handset/SIM to you. You are responsible for notifying your existing provider, if you are terminating another agreement.

Can I keep my existing number?

Yes – We can port your number from your current provider. You simply need to obtain a PAC (Porting Authorisation Code) number from them before you leave.

How long will it take to transfer my number?

PACs have to be issued immediately over the phone or within a maximum of two hours by text message. Once you have your PAC, it’s valid for 30 days and you must give it to us within this time. If it runs out, you will need to request a new PAC from your existing mobile provider. Once we have your PAC and have notified your existing provider of the port request, your number will normally be transferred the next working day.

The rates advertised on your website aren’t the same as I have been offered by one of your sales people. Why is this?

Who do I contact if there is a fault?

Contact us if there is a fault with your handset, but if you experience network issues O2 will be able to assist you.
