Hunt Groups
Calls can cycle through available lines until picked up and can be set to cycle through different destination numbers at different times of day.
Choose To Accept
Avoid calls slipping through to personal voicemails by activating the ‘choose to accept’ feature. If the call is not accepted it will be re-routed to another telephone line in the hunt group.
Greeting/Whisper
A short recording can be played to callers upon connection, offering important information or a whisper can notify the recipient of the call origin.
