Telecommunications is becoming an even more vital part of modern business as we become evermore connected to the internet. As a result, we’ve recently undergone a recruitment push so that we can expand our sales team and meet the growing demand for telephony & connectivity solutions.
We were looking to fill a variety of roles within the sales department, ranging from Junior Sales Executives up to Business Development Managers, so we wanted to get our name out to a large number of people. We decided a great way to do this would be to exhibit at the 10th MK Job Show in Middleton Hall, Central Milton Keynes.
The MK Job Show ran on Friday 14th and Saturday 15th September and there were many local businesses exhibiting there, from Frosts to Costco.
We met so many different people, all quality candidates, who were enthusiastic about a career in sales and telecoms, so we decided to follow up with a recruitment open day.
Friday 21st September was a chance for the people we met to come and chat in more detail about the roles and get a feel for the office, what we do and how we like to work.
Once again, this was another successful day and we were thrilled that the whole experience resulted in some excellent interviews, job offers being made and exciting times ahead for those joining team Boxx in the not-to-distant future!
