Before joining Boxx, VGS were with a household name telephone and broadband supplier (might be unwise to name without giving them right of reply!), but were frustrated with often being left on hold for 15-25 minutes, or repeatedly transferred between departments.
As a small team, they need to make the most effective use of their working day, and often have short bursts of time between appointments to sort out any admin issues.
This problem became acute when they had issues about their bill, or needed to make changes to their services as the needs of the business changed. So they set about finding a company more in tune with their company values and able to give them the personal service that they give others.
